FigFlex Hull sits across two floors at Cherry Tree Court, a three-storey office building in the heart of Hull city centre, which completed a £1.7m refurbishment in 2022. Our state of the art business centre first opened in 2021, and in 2024, we expanded even further – adding more offices, more breakout space, and even more room to help Hull’s businesses thrive.

We offer space to accommodate 1-100+ workstations, coworking spaces, and two air-conditioned, glass-fronted meeting rooms available to book. Fully equipped and fully flexible. That’s us – the best workspace in Hull, now bigger and better than ever.

KEEPING YOU WELL CONNECTED

FigFlex Hull boasts great transport links as our site is a three-minute walk from Hull Paragon Interchange, which runs direct rail routes to York, Sheffield, Manchester Piccadilly and London King’s Cross. There are also bus and coach services that go cross-country. We have car parking spaces available behind the centre and there are various nearby public car parks too. Cyclists are welcome to use our secure bike racks and shower facilities.

Sheffield: Only 90 minutes train ride away
